Delivery Policy 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

 

Shipping Policies Shipping Time - items will ship no later than the next business day. We ship Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. EMS orders also ship on Saturday. Orders received by 1:00pm GMT will ship the same day.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. If you need an order by a certain date choose EMS overnight, or 2 day services. The budget or free shipping options can take 4-7 business days or longer. International customers - Budget and First Class shipments do not include tracking and on occasion will take a long time to arrive. If you need tracking or your items more quickly choose the Priority or Express shipping option.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
